- A log-in and password to our secure site will be assigned and instructions regarding use will be be furnished.
- Digital files can then be uploaded to our secure site.

2. SEND IN YOUR ORDER
- Place your order by uploading files to the secure server per our easy to use instructions.
- Choose from standard or rush service.
- If using recorded tapes, please contact us via email or phone regarding services and delivery available.
3. WORK COMPLETED
- Completed transcripts are uploaded on our secure website, and an automatic email is sent to you when your work is complete.
- Files remain on website for 90 days before being automatically removed.
